• The Basics: Post Protags to the map at your location - help requests that, in addition to text, can include photo attachments, polls, cash sharing, or built-in orders for food or supplies. App users, known as Protagonists, can fulfill friends' Protags by completing them to the satisfaction of the original poster: helping them run an errand or voting in their poll, for example. These exchanges are based on an in-app currency called Super Stars, or SS. SS are required to post Protags and earned when a Protag is fulfilled, or purchased through the app store. SS can be traded for in-app, physical, and digital rewards.

• Create Your Identity: Every Protagonist is a hero - that's why they all dress the part. Personalize your very own Protag avatar from mask to toe using our extensive library of free customization accessories, as well as unlockables that can be purchased with SS or unlocked in premium membership tiers.

• Make Their Day: Create food and item wishlists, and order off of a friend's at any time to surprise them with a gift. For the cost of the item plus a $1 surcharge, the food/item will be delivered directly to the recipient's location without having to enter their address.

• Join the Cause: Missions occur when all Protagonists in an area are called to action, such as in the event of a major charity gathering, or a local emergency or disaster. Bonus SS are earned for participating in missions.

• Privacy and Safety: Protags can be made private (viewable only to friends), public (viewable to all Protagonists in your area), or classified (viewable only to certified Protectors* in the area). Friends can only be added through phonebook contacts. Private Protags are mostly unmoderated but are filtered and can be flagged by users for inappropriate or offensive content. Public Protags are more heavily monitored by a team of trained moderators. All Protags are scanned for emergency keywords in order to alert the proper authorities if need be. Users also have the option to report suspicious or concerning Protags in the event something flies under our radar. Additionally, all users are equipped with an in-app emergency system in case they ever feel unsafe - because even the greatest heroes can use a little backup sometimes.
